Data protection
Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the provisions of federal data protection legislation, everyone has the right to protection of their privacy, as well as to protection of misuse of their personal details. Zehntner complies with these provisions. Personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is neither passed on nor sold to third parties.
In close cooperation with our hosting provider, Zehntner makes every effort to protect the databases as well as possible from outside access, data loss, misuse or falsification.
When you visit zehntner.com, the webserver routinely records data such as the IP address of your computer, the browser, the protocol and the operating system you are using, the website from which you have clicked through to zehntner.com, the sites of zehntner.com that you are viewing, the error code for the request, the data volume transmitted and the date and time of your visit. Where we store your Data

These staff may be engaged in the fulfilment of your request, order or reservation, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.
Any payment transactions carried out by us or our chosen third-party provider of payment processing services will be encrypted.
