Zehntner and Mechatronic AG started a cooperation in the year 2004. At the end of the year 2010, Mechatronic AG closed their branch Mechatronic Traffic. So far Mechatronic Traffic produced the ZRW 5070 and Zehntner made some final work, adjustment and calibration. The last ZRW 5070 units have been sold in 2011. Zehntner continues service and calibration for the ZRW 5070 as well as the former Mechatronic model Safety Checker.
